🤝 Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using InfluMatch ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part, you may not access the Platform. These terms apply to all users including Brands (Clients), Influencers (Creators), and visitors.

🏢 About InfluMatch

InfluMatch is an influencer marketing marketplace that acts as a neutral third-party mediator between Brands and Influencers. We facilitate connections, manage secure payments through our Escrow system, and ensure fair transactions for all parties.

💰 Escrow Payment System

All payments made on InfluMatch are held in Escrow by InfluMatch until the following conditions are met: • The Influencer completes and delivers the agreed content/campaign • The Client reviews and approves the delivery • The Client clicks "Approve & Release" within the platform Once approved, funds are released to the Influencer within 3 business days. InfluMatch acts as the sole custodian of escrow funds and no party can claim these funds except through the official approval process.

📊 Commission & Fees

InfluMatch charges a 20% platform commission on every successful transaction. Example Calculation: • Client pays: ₹10,000 • InfluMatch commission (20%): ₹2,000 • Influencer receives: ₹8,000 This commission covers: - Escrow management and secure payment processing - Platform maintenance and support - Dispute resolution services - Marketing and customer acquisition The commission amount is clearly shown before any payment is made. No hidden charges.

✅ Client Responsibilities

As a Brand/Client on InfluMatch, you agree to: • Provide accurate campaign briefs and requirements • Release escrow payment within 7 days of satisfactory delivery • Not attempt to circumvent the platform to pay influencers directly • Not request content that violates any laws or platform guidelines • Provide feedback within the specified timeframe • Not misuse the dispute system for unjustified refunds

🎬 Influencer Responsibilities

As an Influencer/Creator on InfluMatch, you agree to: • Deliver content as per the agreed brief and timeline • Not accept off-platform payments for deals initiated on InfluMatch • Disclose sponsored content as per ASCI guidelines and applicable law • Maintain authentic audience data — inflating metrics is grounds for immediate ban • Not plagiarize content or violate third-party copyrights • Complete orders within the agreed delivery window

🔐 Escrow Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises regarding delivery quality or approval: 1. Either party can raise a dispute within 14 days of delivery 2. InfluMatch admin team will review submitted evidence from both parties 3. Resolution will be provided within 5 business days 4. InfluMatch's decision is final and binding 5. Funds may be partially or fully released/refunded based on merit InfluMatch is not liable for disputes arising from off-platform communications or agreements.

🚫 Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited: • Bypassing the escrow system (direct payments outside platform) • Creating fake profiles or inflating follower counts • Sharing another user's personal information • Spamming, harassment, or abusive behavior • Using the platform for illegal campaigns (gambling, adult content, fake news) • Creating multiple accounts to abuse platform policies Violations may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of held funds.

💳 Refund Policy

Refunds are processed in the following cases: • Campaign cancelled before influencer starts work: 100% refund to Client • Influencer fails to deliver within agreed timeline: 100% refund to Client • Mutual agreement to cancel: Negotiated split minus InfluMatch processing fee (5%) • Approved delivery disputed later: No refund (delivery was approved) Refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

🔒 Privacy & Data

InfluMatch collects and processes personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the platform: • You consent to your profile data being visible to other users • Payment information is processed by secure payment gateways (Razorpay) • We do not sell personal data to third parties • Campaign data may be used for anonymized platform analytics

⚖️ Limitation of Liability

InfluMatch's liability is limited to the amount of platform commission collected on the specific transaction in dispute. We are not liable for: • Loss of business or revenue due to campaign performance • Third-party payment gateway failures • Force majeure events • Actions of individual users outside platform control

📝 Amendments

InfluMatch reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified via email and platform notification. Continued use after 14 days of notification constitutes acceptance of new terms.
