Day 02 : Delhi

Raj Ghat : The focus of this open-air memorial to Mahatma Gandhi is a black marble platform marking
the place where the peace leader was cremated after his assassination in 1948. It's a peaceful, beautiful
site; memorial ceremonies are held on Fridays. , Jama Masjid : is one of the largest mosques in India. Its
builder is the Mughal emperor Shah Jahan, between 1644 and 1656, and inaugurated by its first Imam,
Syed Abdul Ghafoor Shah Bukhari. Rashtrapati Bhavan: It was originally built with the intent of serving as
the Viceroy's House. With its 340 rooms in the main building covering 5 acres on an estate of 330 acres,
it is one of the largest residences of any head of the state in the world. This majestic piece of architecture
was conceptualized by renowned architects Sir Edwin Lutyens and Herbert Baker. The construction saw
completion in the year 1929 and now stands today as a magnificent symbol of all that India, India Gate:
The All India War Memorial, popularly known as the India Gate, is located along the Rajpath in New Delhi.
The imposing structure of India Gate is an awe-inspiring sight and is often compared to the Arch de
Triomphe in France, the Gateway of India in Mumbai and the Arch of Constantine in Rome. This 42-meter
tall historical structure was designed by Sir Edwin Lutyens and is one of the largest war memorials in the
country. President House, Qutub Minar : It is a minaret or a victory tower located in Qutub complex, a
UNESCO World Heritage Site in Delhi's Mehrauli area. With the height of 72.5 metres (238 ft), Qutub Minar
is the second tallest monument of Delhi. Its construction was started in 1192 by Qutb Ud-Din- Aibak,
founder of Delhi Sultanate after he defeated the last Hindu Ruler of Delhi. The fourth and fifth storeys
were built by Firoz Shah Tuglak., and Humayun's Tomb : The design of Humayun's tomb is a typical Mughal
architecture with Persian influences and was conceptualised by Persian architect Mirak Mirza Ghiyath.
Owing to its magnificent design and illustrious history, Humayun's Tomb was featured in UNESCO's World
Heritage List in the year 1993. Return to hotel and overnight stay at hotel.
Day 03 : Delhi -Srinagar by Flight {IX-1126 Dep:11.00 Arr: 12.25 Fare : INR 7700}
Morning after breakfast check out from hotel and departure to Delhi airport to board the flight for Srinagar.
On arrival check in at hotel and after relaxation proceed to do the Sikara ride at Dal Lake. Overnight stay

Day 04 : Srinagar – Gulmarg (51 Km)
Morning after breakfast check out from hotel and proceed to Nishat Bagh :It is the second-largest Mughal
garden in Kashmir after Shalimar Bagh. Popularly known as "Garden of Bliss", it has a splendid Mughal
central water channel with several fountains, which is surrounded by tall Chinar trees. Nishat Bagh was
designed and built in 1633 by Asif Khan, the elder brother of Nur Jehan. Lal Chowk : It is not just a bustling
commercial hub but also a significant cultural and historical landmark. The name "Lal Chowk" translates
to "Red Square," referencing the red-colored building that once stood in the area. Over the years, it has
become synonymous with the spirit of Srinagar and a focal point for both locals and visitors. Nehru
Garden: The Nehru Garden is popular for housing a collection of rare Kashmiri tropical plants. Other things
to see include 15000 ornamental plants and a collection of oak trees. Later drive to Gulmarg. On arrival

Day 05 : Gulmarg

Day 06 : Gulmarg - Pahalgam (140 Km) enroute Avanti Swami Temple Ruins
Morning after breakfast check out from hotel and drive to pahalgam enroute Avanti Swami Temple Ruins
: The ruins of a huge temple which had got burried during a earthquake long ago, which remain buried
for almost 500 years. Beautiful architecture Later visit Apple Garden. On arrival check in at hotel and

Day 07 : Pahalgam - Patnotop (154 Km)
Morning after breakfast check out from hotel and visit to Aru Valley : Aru Valley lies its pristine meadows,
misty valleys, and snow-capped mountains, making it an ideal spot for a picnic. This small village serves as
the starting point for famous treks like the Sonamarg trek and the trek to Kolahoi Glacier, catering to
trekkers of all expertise levels. Moreover, camping and fishing are other popular activities to be enjoyed
here. Aru Valley also offers an exhilarating bird's eye view of the stunning landscapes with its paragliding
experience. Additionally, the valley boasts enchanting waterfalls and crystal-clear water streams that add
to its natural charm. Betaab Valley : The Betaab Valley, a part of the Kashmir region, was ruled by the
Mughals since the 15th century. In the latter part of the 15th century, the Turko-Mughal Military General-
Mirza Muhammad Haidar Dughlat ruled here, first on behalf of Sultan Said Khan of Kashgar and then on
behalf of the Mughal Emperor Humayun. The valley was then known as the Hagan Valley or Hagoon. After
the popular Bollywood movie 'Betaab', starring Sunny Deol and Amrita Singh was shot here, the valley
came to be known as the Betaab Valley. Chandanwari : It is sanctified with mesmerizing natural beauty
and offers splendid sightseeing opportunities, with the Lidder River flowing nearby & snow-covered
mountains surrounding the valley. (Note: The Taxi charges will be directly for above visiting places) Later

Day 08 : Patnitop - Jammu (232 Km)
Morning after breakfast check out from hotel and visit to Naag Mandir : it sees hundreds of Shiva
devotees, who throng to this temple to pay respects and worship the snake King Cobra. Predominantly
made of wood, this temple has weathered several centuries although it is not a conventional solid temple
construction. Standing amidst lush green surroundings, the temple is not only a significant religious center
for the area Nature Walks :One of the most popular nature walks is through the dense pine forests
surrounding Patnitop. The scent of pine in the air and the soft rustling of leaves create a serene

Day 09 : Jammu - Amritsar (215 Km)

relaxation proceed to visit Golden Temple :the Golden Temple, also known as Sri Harmandir Sahib, is the
holiest shrine in all of Sikhism. Located right in the heart of Amritsar, the stunning golden architecture of
the temple and the daily Langar (community kitchen) attract a large number of visitors and devotees each
day. The temple is open to devotees of all faiths and serves over 100,000 people free food from all walks
of life. Jallianwala Bagh : Jallianwala Bagh is associated with one of the saddest days in Indian History
when thousands of innocent people were killed on the orders of General Dyer as they gathered for a
peaceful celebration of Baisakhi. The place has now been turned into a beautiful park and is managed by
the Jallianwala Bagh National Memorial Trust. Later in evening visit to Wagha Boarder : This Wagah Border
Retreat ceremony is no less spellbinding than a theatrical play. Soldiers march in sync and bring down the
national flag ritualistically. Before the event, women and kids dance to patriotic songs, increasing the
nationalistic fervor among the spectators. From shouts of patriotism to the display of army discipline,
Wagah Beating Retreat Ceremony is a moving event. housands of people, including foreign nationals, line
up at Wagah Border Attari to watch the show. It’s a show of national pride, and also a source of
entertainment for everyone.
Day 10 : Amritsar - Delhi by Train
Morning after breakfast check out from hotel and drive to Amritsar railway station to board the train for
Delhi.
